As we start the year 2021, we are working to update all of our customer information. We will need you to provide us with a copy of your driver’s license, social security number, and an updated phone number.
We are also working on getting past due and/or delinquent accounts up to date. If you have an account that is past due and/or delinquent, you will have until March 10, 2021. Failure to adhere to this request will result in your meter(s) being locked out until the past due/or delinquent accounts are paid in full.
If you want to use water only a couple of months out of the year, you will pay $50 to have the meter locked and $50 to have the meter unlocked. If you decide to lock the meter yourself you will continue to receive the minimum bill every month. Our rates are subject to change.
The system implemented a meter change out program during the summer of 2020. An automated meter reading system was installed at every service point in use at the time. Every meter box is equipped with an AMR endpoint which is attached to the lid of the meter box. Care should be taken when maneuvering around the meter box and lid with any type of machinery such as a lawn mower or other vehicles. This equipment is expensive to replace and any damages to a meter box, encoder, or meter housing will result in charges to the customer for any replacement parts needed. Any charges would be based on the current pricing information including parts, labor and mileage. We encourage each customer to take great care when moving near or burning debris near your water meter.
